We are a family business, manufacturer of artisan preserves with a tradition spanning 4 generations. Since 1880 we have been making dried and cooked vegetables and fruits in syrup. Our goal is to offer gourmet preserves of the highest quality for restaurants, supermarkets, gourmet and delicatessens shops. We make natural gourmet preserves with products from the Riojan and Navarran orchards. A process improved over four generations. Throughout the process we take care of every detail to maintain that natural flavor that characterizes the products of the land. But that tradition coexists with the innovation of the new generations that seek to offer new products to keep the most demanding palates satisfied. Our products comply with the strictest quality and safety controls and are certified in the IFS Food standard.
