Over 50% of our turnover is generated by special bearings made to order according to our clients' instructions. We use our know-how and expertise to collaborate with our clients to offer them unique, bespoke solutions. Founded in 1966, Rollstar became the first manufacturer to supply both hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes in 1968. This resulted in the emergence of the hydraulic gear motor concept. Since that time, Rollstar has become synonymous with compact dimensions, short delivery times thanks to modular design, customer-specific transmission solutions, high quality and prompt service worldwide. Hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes are manufactured using state-of-the-art machines according to a modular design, in series and large-batch production for torques from 1500 Nm to 6, 500, 000 Nm. Additionally, a large number of design variants are available for the driving and driven sides, meaning that a solution can be provided for virtually every application. Special requests are processed quickly by our CAD-supported engineering office and a flexible manufacturing process that takes place entirely in-house, ensuring on-time completion. Our abundant stocks enable us to deliver at short notice by request.
