With our team and managing director Daniel Proba, who has a background working at a long-established electroplating company in Southern Germany, we meet your individual requirements using state-of-the-art processes and systems engineering. Our company site, comprising 5800 square metres, is located in Böbingen an der Rems, a location in Southern Germany providing optimal infrastructure and thriving nature. Our production area comprises 1400 square metres and is equipped with one of the largest fully automatic electroplating plants in Europe for precious metal coatings at the rack, enabling us to produce various gold and bronze coatings with maximum workpiece sizes of up to 16 metres – tailor-made for your projects.

CRYOSNOW GMBH

We are a manufacturer of equipment and systems for snow blasting and dry ice blasting. Our applications are manual and automated pre-treatment, cleaning, cooling and deburring using CO2 snow blasting. The innovation here is the use of liquid CO2 and compressed air. We hold national and international industrial property rights in this area. We supply high-quality CO2 blasting equipment and a wide range of accessories to customers around the world. During CO2 snow blasting, dry ice particles (solid CO2 at -78 °C) are generated from liquid CO2 in the device, and then run with compressed air via a nozzle to the surface to be cleaned. Advantages include a dry and residue-free process without water and chemicals. The CryoSnow team has decades of experience in the field of industrial cleaning and dry ice technology. Our devices and systems are "Made in Germany" and are manufactured in accordance with the applicable laws and standards according to ISO 9000. With modern design and development tools as well as innovative manufacturing processes, we convert process ideas into production-ready products within a very short time. We support customers across the world from our company headquarters in Berlin. In addition, through our sales and service partners, we have competent contact persons at your site.

With over 25 years of experience and expertise, we have specialised in aluminium surface finishing in particular and are certified under DIN ISO 9001. We provide various technologies, such as oxidation and anodisation, both colourlessly and in dip dyeing in a continuously available large selection of colours. Our services include partial finishing for aluminium components as a combined process of chromatising and oxidising and anodising, as well as chromatising in yellow and REACH-compliant colourless passivation for aluminium with SurTec 650. Furthermore, our services also include pickling, passivating and electro-polishing stainless steel. At our modern plant, we can process components with dimensions of 2000 mm in length, 600 mm in width and 1000 mm in depth.
