Our extensive experience in the design and construction of several thousand heaters ensures that our work is safe and routine. There has been a growing tradition of constructing heat transfer oil systems in the region around the district town of Wiesloch in Baden over the course of the last few decades. The "Wiesloch" design of these systems has become globally known for its brand and quality. The employees of Ascentec GmbH are all recognised specialists in the industry with many years of professional practice. Many of them come from the former company of "Apparatebau Wiesloch", a pioneer in heat transfer oil systems that is also rich in tradition. That's why it's not surprising that, despite being a young company, we nevertheless have decades of experience in the design, construction and implementation of thermotechnical systems. The choice of the headquarters of the Ascentec company in the industrial area of St. Leon-Rot, in the vicinity of Wiesloch, is not a coincidence either. We feel connected to the tradition of boiler construction that reigns here. Our heat transfer oil heater designs follow the globally known "Wiesloch" design that is valued for its reliability and high quality, and unite this with modern construction methods and insights. Our engineering expertise, in conjunction with close cooperation with selected suppliers and proven manufacturing and installation partners, ensures the consistently high quality and reliability of the products.

This is the principle which Universal Hydraulik has been following for more than 35 years when designing hydraulic systems, cooling systems, and heat exchangers, which are used all over the world in every field of application. Our heat exchangers are available as standard products, or can be specially customised to meet the requirements of your application. We use highly-precise software for our calculations, with drawings available in 3D. Our heat exchangers are tested up to five times during production. The cooling performance can be verified on our test rig. By purchasing one of our hydraulic and cooling systems, you'll be provided with a turnkey system from a single source. We design, manufacture, install and commission the complete system. All our systems are fully tested with regard to functionality and workmanship prior to delivery and are supplied with extensive documentation.

Thermotec GmbH is a company specialising in equipment and machine manufacturing. We are involved in the heat recovery sector in particular. We focus our development and manufacturing on plate heat exchangers for heat exchange between two gas flows. The production of three-way process air valves is another of our focal points.
