We first fired up our oven in 1952 in Costalissoio, a little mountain village not far from Santo Stefano di Cadore, in the heart of the Dolomites. We first rose to distinction with our Sartorelli, a classic biscuit which is now loved and appreciated all over Italy and abroad. Over the years our business came to increasingly specialize in the production of biscuits renowned for their flavour and goodness. Made to a unique ancient recipe, with time-consuming, labour-intensive methods and ingredients of the finest quality, they embody the uniqueness and originality of our products. It's the combination of past (the skilful emulation of recipes from other times) and present (advanced production methods and techniques) that results in a huge range of biscuits for the most discerning consumers.
