Bermed is a polish company which specialize in the manufacturing and whosale of high-quality 100% polipropylene nonwovens. Our products find their application in medical, technical, agriculture, cosmetic and dental industiries. We have several types of nonwovens such as spunbound (PP), meltblown, SMS, SSMMS and laminate (PP+PE) as well as protective clothing, such as protective medical coveralls and surgical gowns. Nonwovens that you will find in our offer can be used e.g. for the production of masks, surgical gowns, protective coveralls, as well as packaging used for tools disinfection. We also focus on the production of nonwovens for the hygiene industry, e.g. for the production of sanitary pads, tissues or diapers. In our offer you can additionally find products for the agricultural industry, such as agrotextiles. Furthermore, we also meet the needs of the technical industry and produce nonwovens for use, among others in the construction industry. In addition to the products included in our offer, we also carry out special orders for our clients. The manufacture of wire mesh is based on traditional craftsmanship. Making high-tech products from wire mesh requires state-of-the-art production and finishing equipment too, like that used at PACO. This is created in PACO's in-house Development and Mechanical Engineering departments. J.H. Ziegler is your specialist partner for needle fleece materials, foam-fleece composites, non-woven materials with a multilayer structure and laminated materials with a number of different areas of application: As highly efficient acoustic absorbers in automotive interiors and exteriors; as laminating material for leather lamination or material for understitching of vehicle seats and chairs; for acoustic and thermal insulation in buildings and properties; and various other applications that include composites and abrasive discs. Currently, our manufacturing team consists of 390 employees divided across Germany, Hungary and China. In addition to synthetic fibres such as PET and PP, technical fibres such as glass and oxidised polyacrylonitrile are used. Depending on requirements, Ziegler fleeces can be water-repellent (hydrophobic), oil-repellent (oleophobic), flame-retardant and/or have insulating properties. They can be laminated with foam, leather, fabric, spun-bonded fleece, film or a number of other materials. We are certified in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEKO TEX Standard 100.

FIBERFIL S.p.A. was founded in 1995 when the current owners acquired the Casnigo (Prov. Bergamo) branch from Radici Group. From 1995 to the end of 2007, FIBERFIL S.p.A. produced polyester fibre for the automotive sector, operating solely as a contractor. At the beginning of 2008, the company acquired a new portfolio of customers who use polyester fibre for a wide range of industrial applications, and in May 2012 moved to new premises in Via Provinciale Valle Seriana, remaining in Casnigo. The new establishment covers 40, 000 m2 (20, 000 indoors) and has an extrusion system which, at full capacity, enables it to produce approx. 1, 700-2, 000 kg/hour of discontinuous polyester fibres, equivalent to 14 to 15, 000 tons per year. Manufacturing is in a continuous cycle, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which give us a great amount of flexibility.
